who, seduced by a manor house up for sale in September 2020, decided to embark on the adventure of restoring it. Manoir Davis, formerly known as Ch\u00e2teau Belvoir, was in need of significant renovation. The cousins saw immense potential.<\/p><p>The restoration became a family affair: Fran\u00e7ois and Bernard worked and reworked the plans, Louise unearthed treasures from antique dealers, and Lucie took charge of the landscaping. The whole family contributes to the development and marketing of Manoir Davis: Arianne, Alexandre, Clara, Michele, Ashley, Yiming and Camille, and the children who contribute in their own way: Milan, Meiling, Liam, Ad\u00e8le, Antoine and Adriano (who\u2019s on his way).<\/p><p>Nine months later, after extensive restoration work, Manoir Davis opened its doors, officially marking the start of Belvoir\u2019s activities. That same week, in September 2021, not only was Manoir Davis inaugurated, but Manoir Maplewood was also acquired, realizing Belvoir\u2019s vision of creating a network of Quebec heritage properties available for exclusive rental.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-ecb8d9e\" data-id=\"ecb8d9e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b63eda2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b63eda2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Founded by Louis Lesp\u00e9rance, Belvoir is committed to preserving and promoting Quebec\u2019s heritage.
