The Manoirs are rented on a private basis only for private groups, corporate stays, wellness retreats, weddings, etc.
A minimum of two nights’ accommodation is required on weekends. The rest of the week, we adapt to your needs.

Each room has been carefully renovated, preserving its original style while adding a contemporary touch. What’s more, all rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access. We’ll provide you with all the equipment you need: tables and chairs for dinner, chairs for the ceremony, bar furniture, multimedia equipment, etc. We take care of the handling of the Manoir’s furniture, so you don’t have to do a thing!
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have implemented a number of effective security measures within our manor houses. Among these measures, the use of outdoor surveillance cameras plays a crucial role. These cameras are strategically placed around the perimeter of each manor house to continuously monitor and record outside activities, ensuring complete security coverage. In addition to surveillance cameras, sophisticated alarm systems are installed in both manor houses. These alarm systems are designed to detect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, immediately alerting on-site security personnel for rapid intervention.
Maximum capacity depends on the type of event. At Davis Manor, up to 80 people can be accommodated for a sit-down meal indoors, and up to 120 outdoors once the Sperry tent has been installed. Maplewood Manor can accommodate 72 people for a sit-down meal and up to 120 for a cocktail reception.
Absolutely! First and foremost, we offer an event and wedding coordination service with various formulas, from accompaniment to complete event management.
For each of our events, a concierge service is at your disposal to ensure that your stay takes place in the best possible conditions! We can also put you in touch with trusted suppliers who will make sure your event is exceptional!
The Davis Manor parking lot has approximately 40 spaces, subject to seasonal fluctuations (i.e. snow in winter). At Maplewood Manor, the large parking lot easily accommodates all visitors during your stay.
In the event of a total cancellation of the contract by the customer, our cancellation policy is as follows. If the cancellation occurs 91 days or more before the arrival date of the Stay, the Owner will refund the amount of the Invoice, less an administrative fee of 25% of the total amount of the reservation (the “Indemnity”); and if the cancellation occurs 90 days or less before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
Reservations can be made via Airbnb, Wechalet or Vrbo for family or corporate stays of up to 16 people. For larger numbers, it is necessary to contact the Manoirs directly, as is the case for wedding-type events.
Interac, bank deposit or credit card. First deposit of 50% on signing the contract, then the remaining 50% 90 days before the event. For events with less than 6 months’ lead time, full payment is required.

Exclusive passes, available directly at the Manoir, give you access to over 40 km of picturesque trails. You can also take advantage of on-site equipment rentals, whether for skiing, snowshoeing or boating, to explore the area at your own pace.
Stroll through Waterloo Village and discover the array of bars, bistros and restaurants that line Foster Street: craft beers, bakeries, pastries, coffee and healthy smoothies await you. To cook a meal with the whole family, stop by Foster’s Market, which offers a vast selection of local products. Drive by the Chemin des cantons, where you’ll discover the history of Waterloo, passing by the many architectural traces of the different waves of settlers who came to the region.
