1- Where are your Manors located?
Manoir Davis is located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts in the Laurentians. Manoir Maplewood is in Waterloo, in the Eastern Townships. Both Manors are situated just over an hour from Montreal.
2- What types of events do the Manors host?
We host corporate and family stays, as well as weddings, wellness retreats, and film shoots.
3- Is it possible to rent individual rooms?
For now, our concept is the exclusive privatization of each Manor for one group at a time, so that each group can have a unique experience.
4- What is the maximum capacity of the Manors?
For Manoir Davis, the maximum capacity is 80 people for a meal and up to 32 people to sleep on site.
At Manoir Maplewood, the maximum capacity is 80 people for a meal, which can go up to 120 people for a cocktail reception, and up to 59 people to sleep on site.
5- How many rooms are available at the Manors?
At Manoir Davis, 12 rooms accommodating up to 32 people.
At Manoir Maplewood, 18 rooms accommodating up to 59 people.
6- What equipment is provided at the Manors?
Tables and chairs for meals, chairs for ceremonies, cocktail tables, a bar, heaters, multimedia equipment, and much more. We take care of handling all of this—you don’t have to do anything!
7- Is there a minimum number of nights?
A minimum of two nights is required on weekends. The rest of the week, we adapt to your needs. If you have specific needs, do not hesitate to write to us.
8- Is it possible to book through Airbnb?
It is possible to book via Airbnb, Wechalet, or Vrbo for family or corporate stays of 16 people maximum. Beyond this number, it is necessary to communicate directly with the Manors, as is the case for wedding-type events. Different pricing may apply.
9- Do the manors offer concierge services or personalized experiences?
Absolutely! First, we offer an event and wedding coordination service with various packages, from support to the complete takeover of the event.
For each of our events, a concierge service is available to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible! We can also put you in touch with trusted suppliers who will ensure your event is exceptional!
10- What payment methods are accepted? When are payments due?
Interac, bank deposit, or credit card. Our standard payment terms depend on several factors to be discussed.
